研究了将酸碱脱灰工艺与中煤浮选处理方法进行结合,首先对中煤进行破碎磨矿,然后确定了预浮选处理的较优药剂制度。探索了化学脱灰能否低成本的适用于常规中煤粉碎后的分选处理。在不同反应条件下通过单因素试验分析研究了影响中煤化学脱灰效果的几个因素。
The combination of acid-alkali de-ashing process and flotation process of coal was studied. Firstly, crushing and grinding of medium coal was carried out, and then the optimal chemical system of pre-flotation was determined. Explores whether chemical ash removal can be applied at low cost to conventional coal crushing sorting process. Under different reaction conditions, several factors influencing the chemical ash removal of coal were studied by single factor test.
