一种分离人血清高密度脂蛋白及其亚组分的简单方法是用硫酸■聚糖-Mn~(2+)沉淀血清HDL后,上清液仅加入MnCl_2即可使HDL_2沉淀分离。此法操作简便。迅速、稳定,适用于临床常规检查及流行病学研究。
A simple method for separating human serum HDL and its sub-components is to precipitate HDL with sulfuric acid ■ glycan-Mn 2+, and only supernatant MnCl 2 can be added to precipitate HDL 2. This method is easy to operate. Rapid, stable, suitable for routine clinical examination and epidemiological studies.
