目的:探讨“时间承诺”模式对献血者献血过程的满意度、献血者再次献血的影响。方法:选取本血站2个不同献血车站点(按服务半径设置),采用随机方法分设为A组和B组,2组均采取传统献血流程和优质服务,A组引入“时间承诺”管理模式,实施限时服务,比较2组的干预效果。结果:A组符合献血时间承诺达93.9%,献血者承诺再次献血率、实际再献血率、差错的发生率、满意度、检测合格率、献血反应程度均显著优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:献血“时间承诺”模式,有效减少了献血者时间成本,在提高献血服务满意度的同时,也影响献血者再次献血的忠诚度,对确保献血者再次献血有积极的促进作用。
Objective: To investigate the satisfaction of the “time commitment” model on blood donation and the influence of blood donation on blood donation again. Methods: Two blood donation stations (set according to the service radius) of blood donation stations were divided into A group and B group randomly. Both groups adopted traditional blood donation process and quality service, and A group introduced “time commitment” Management mode, the implementation of time-limited services, the two groups compared the effect of intervention. Results: In group A, 93.9% of the participants had the promise of blood donation, and the blood donors promised the rate of re-donation, the actual rate of re-donation, the incidence of errors, the satisfaction, the passing rate of testing and the degree of blood donation were significantly better than those in group B (P <0.05) . Conclusion: The model of “blood donation” and “time commitment” can effectively reduce the time cost of blood donors, improve the satisfaction of blood donation service, affect the loyalty of blood donors again and make a positive contribution to blood donation again.
