为了解广东省养禽场的兽药使用情况,发现养殖环节可能存在的影响禽产品质量安全的风险因素,2015年7~9月,笔者采用现场走访、问卷调查的方式,对广东省禽产品主产区的40个养禽场的兽药使用情况进行调查。结果表明:抗菌药和中兽药在预防和治疗禽消化道、呼吸道感染以及球虫病时广泛使用;抗菌药中阿莫西林、恩诺沙星、替米考星等使用较高;部分养禽场存在不规范用药情况。调研结果为了解广东省养禽场的兽药使用情况及禽产品中兽药残留监控提供了参考。
In order to understand the use of veterinary drugs in poultry farms in Guangdong Province and to find out the risk factors that may affect the quality and safety of poultry products during the breeding cycle, from July to September 2015, the author used on-site visits and questionnaires to analyze the risks of poultry products Investigation of veterinary drug use in 40 poultry farms in the producing areas.
