我国制订的液压阀试验方法国标草案,经过反复分析验证、讨论修改,现已进入最后审批阶段。这组标准在技术上有一定的科学性、先进性和可行性,能正确地测定液压阀稳态、瞬态性能,测试结果可有较好的重复性和可比性。然而,要贯彻实施这组标准还有大量的工作要做,特别是测量系统的精度问题。我们想对此谈些参考意见。本文在分析国标送审稿有关条款的基础上,结合误差理论,明确了对测量系统的要求,指出了要达到精度等级的困难,目前常用测量仪器(系统)的系统误差,对如何适当选择测量的精度等级提出了几点看法。

This set of standards in science and technology have certain scientific, advanced and feasible, can accurately measure the hydraulic valve steady-state, transient performance, the test results can be better repeatability and comparability. However, there is still a lot of work to be done to implement this set of standards, especially the accuracy of measurement systems. We would like to comment on this. Based on the analysis of the relevant articles of the draft for national standard examination and the error theory, this paper clarifies the requirements of the measurement system, points out the difficulties to reach the accuracy level, the systematic errors of the commonly used measuring instruments (systems) The level of accuracy made a few observations.
