在肝纤维化形成进程中,早期以Ⅲ型胶原增加为主,随着病理的发展,胶原生成主要由Ⅲ型向Ⅰ型转变,这一现象为肝纤维化病理过程中的一个明显特征。研究Ⅰ型胶原生成增加的机制,已是肝纤维化研究的重要一环。转化生长因子β_1(transforming growth factor β_1,TGFβ_1)在肝纤维化发生过程中,对Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的积聚起着关键的作用。因此,了解TGFβ_1对Ⅰ型胶原基因表达的调节,可以更深入地认识肝纤维化的病理生物学机制,有助于对肝纤维化的发生发展进行防治。
In the process of hepatic fibrosis, type Ⅲ collagen was predominantly increased in the early stage. With the development of pathology, collagen production mainly changed from type Ⅲ to type Ⅰ, a phenomenon characterized by pathological changes of liver fibrosis. Studying the mechanism of increased type I collagen production has become an important part of the study of liver fibrosis. Transforming growth factor β_1 (TGFβ_1) plays a key role in the accumulation of type I collagen during the development of hepatic fibrosis. Therefore, to understand TGFβ_1 regulation of type Ⅰ collagen gene expression can further understand the pathobiological mechanism of liver fibrosis and help prevent and control the occurrence and development of hepatic fibrosis.
