在全球经济一体化不断加快的进程中,我国市场对外开放的程度也不断加大,同时我国零售业对外开放的步伐也逐步加快。2004年12月11日起,我国零售业对外资实行了全面开放,随之外资零售在我国普遍的增长起来,逐步在我国进行扩张。在跨国零售不断壮大的同时,其与我国供应商之间的矛盾也逐步显现,而且愈演愈烈。所我们有必要从零供矛盾中寻找我国供应商的发展之路。
