2000年以来,在“全面实施素质教育”、“科研兴校”、“基础教育新课程改革”、“教育综合改革”和“教师即研究者”等的共同推动下,教育科研在我国中小学蓬勃开展,有力促进了中小学教师的专业化发展和学校教育教学质量的提高。回顾2000年以来我国中小学教育科研开展的工作,总结取得的成绩与经验,反思存在的问题并展望其未来发展的趋势等,不仅是中小学教育科研健康发展的需要,也是学校整体改革与发展的客观要求。
