课堂教学设计决定着教师的课堂教学行为,是关乎教学质量和教学有效性的关键,是克服教学行为的盲目性、随意性,规避错误教学行为和提高教学的效率、效益、效果的重要手段,也是教师个人专业发展中必须掌握的一种基本技术,更是教师每当走进教室时心中就充满自信,走出教室时心中都荡漾一种非常自豪的成就感,获得课堂教学成功的根本保证。新课程教学理念下的课程设计与传统教学有许多不同,对教师的要求也提升了许多,教师要达到要求完成任务必须提升教学设计能力。
Classroom teaching design determines the teacher’s classroom teaching behavior, which is the key to teaching quality and teaching effectiveness. It is an important means to overcome the blindness and arbitrariness of teaching behavior, to avoid wrong teaching behavior and to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and effect of teaching. It is also a basic technique that must be mastered in the development of teachers’ personal specialty. It is also a feeling of accomplishment that teachers feel full of self-confidence whenever they walk into the classroom. They all feel a sense of accomplishment when they walk out of the classroom and get the fundamental guarantee for the success of classroom teaching. The curriculum design under the new curriculum teaching concept has many differences from the traditional teaching, and the requirements of the teachers are also improved a lot. The teachers must improve the teaching design ability to fulfill the requirements.
