我们对20CrMnTi材料经渗碳、淬硬磨齿加工的渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮在CL-100型齿轮试验机上进行了接触疲劳试验。验证了船用齿轮常用材料20CrMnTi渗碳、淬硬的接触疲劳极限σHlim值,为船用齿轮设计提供了有价值的设计依据。
We conducted a contact fatigue test on an CL-100 gear tester using an involute spur gear with 20CrMnTi material carburized and hardened. The 20CrMnTi carburizing and hardened contact fatigue limit σHlim values of 20CrMnTi, which is commonly used in marine gear, were verified, which provided valuable design basis for marine gear design.
