大学毕业生就业难是我国现阶段及今后较长时间内面临的重要问题,高职院校毕业生尤是如此。毕业生就业能力建设以及与之密切相关的就业基地建设相对滞后是大学毕业生就业难的重要因素之一。注重高职院校毕业生就业基地建设,树立全新思路,切实推进以人为本的新要求,弱化学历文凭教育,突出素质技能培养,提升就业能力,切实建设高校就业基地建设,从而顺利推进毕业生进入各种不同的劳动领域内就业,是解决我国大学生就业难的根本所在。
