针对国内很多中板厂没有测厚仪的现状,开发了无测厚仪下的自适应轧制模型。该模型采用自然对数法进行厚度范围的划分,并且在各个厚度范围内,将落在其中的根据各道次实际生产数据回归的轧件变形抗力参数按照轧制时间的由近及远,进行指数平滑处理,以此作为各个厚度范围的变形抗力参数。在进行变形抗力参数的回归时,各道次的出口厚度以高精度弹跳模型为基础进行计算,并采用目标厚度锁定及遗传偏差的方法对各道次的计算出口厚度进行处理,以最大限度的保证回归的准确性。将该自适应轧制模型实际应用于某中板厂3 000 mm轧机的过程控制中,获得了良好的效果。
