1项目及项目区概况新义煤矿位于河南省新安县正村镇。井田范围面积约42.74 km2,地质储量24695万t,可采储量12529万t。矿井设计生产能力为1.20 Mt/a,立井开拓,服务年限67.10 a,矿井生产期年排渣量9.67万t。项目由工业场地、排矸场、场外公路、输电线路等组成,占地面积19.61 hm2。总工期40个月,工程总投资69974万元。
1 Project and Project Area Profile Xinyi Coal Mine is located in Zhengcun Town, Xin’an County, Henan Province. Minefield covers an area of about 42.74 km2, 246.95 million tons of geological reserves, recoverable reserves of 125.29 million tons. Mine design and production capacity of 1.20 Mt / a, vertical shaft development, service life of 67.10 a, the mine during the production of 96,700 tons of slag. The project is composed of industrial sites, waste discharge sites, off-highway roads, transmission lines and other components, covering an area of 19.61 hm2. The total duration of 40 months, a total investment of 699.74 million yuan project.
