介绍了相变材料和调温纤维的工作机制,阐述了智能调温纤维的研制工艺,重点讨论了相变储能微胶囊乳液对纤维纺丝溶液熟成度、黏度及纤维成品质量的影响。通过DSC测试分析了纤维及面料的焓值变化,证明了智能调温纤维及其面料具有储能作用。对智能调温纤维的前景进行了展望。
The working mechanism of phase change material and temperature regulating fiber was introduced. The developing process of intelligent temperature regulating fiber was expounded. The influence of phase change energy storage microcapsule emulsion on the degree of ripening, viscosity and fiber quality of fiber spinning solution was discussed. Through the DSC test, the change of enthalpy of fiber and fabric was analyzed, and it was proved that the smart temperature-regulating fiber and its fabric have energy storage function. The prospect of intelligent temperature regulating fiber is prospected.
