研制了一种医用13 C呼气质谱仪。仪器利用气相色谱分离和质谱分析原理 ,检测受试者服用13 C尿素前后呼气中13 C/ 12 C同位素比值的变化 ,判断受试者是否受到幽门螺杆菌的感染和感染的轻重程度。本文介绍仪器的测量原理和结构设计 ,重点介绍离子源和磁分析器的设计。由于采用了质谱专用软件SIMION 7 0辅助设计 ,仪器的分辨率、灵敏度、精度、线性度等性能指标达到较高水平。仪器的研制成功为临床检验提供了一种先进的诊断工具
A medical 13 C breath mass spectrometer was developed. The instrument uses the principle of gas chromatography and mass spectrometry to detect the change of 13 C / 12 C isotope ratio in subjects’ exhaled breath before and after taking 13 C urea to determine whether the subjects are infected with Helicobacter pylori and the severity of the infection. This article describes the measuring principle and structural design of the instrument, focusing on the design of ion sources and magnetic analyzers. As a result of the SIMION 70 software designed for mass spectrometry, the performance, resolution, sensitivity, accuracy, linearity, etc. of the instrument reach a higher level.
