煤炭对我国经济建设以及国民生活水平提高具有十分重要的作用,但是对煤炭的过分开采以及无节制使用导致严重的环境污染以及生态破坏,因此,政府应当加以干预,由于过去企业认为环境不属于成本范畴,煤炭开采不注重环境保护,缺乏相关成本投入保护自然环境,从而造成严重的后果。因此,应当将外部性环境成本纳入煤炭企业生产成本中,从而促使企业加强环境保护,促进经济和谐发展,煤炭企业内化成本必然对煤炭价格造成影响,本文主要研究煤炭企业的内化成本及其对煤炭价格相关影响。
