从南京林业大学引进的39个杉木第二代种子园(福建洋口)子代家系的三年试验结果表明,家系间的树高、胸径存在着极显著的遗传差异,家系与地点交互作用接近明显。初步筛选出4个生长较优且稳定性也较好的家系。同时也揭示出用广西融水、融安西山种子园、优良家系山口38三个高水平的对照与参试家系比较,引进的家系增产效果不大,且多数生长量比对照小。因此,广西建立第二代杉木种子园应以本区域优良材料为主,谨慎使用外省的二代园材料。
The results of the three-year experiment on the pedigree of 39 Chinese fir second-generation seed orchards (Yangkou, Fujian) introduced from Nanjing Forestry University showed that there was an extremely significant genetic difference between the tree height and DBH of pedigrees, and the interaction between family and locus was close obvious. Four families with better growth and better stability were screened out. At the same time, it was also revealed that compared with the three tested families, Guangxi Rongshui, Rong’an Xishan Seed Garden and Excellent Family Yamaguchi 38 showed that the effect of increasing the yield of the pedigree was not obvious and most of the growth was smaller than the control. Therefore, the establishment of second-generation Chinese fir seed orchards in Guangxi should be dominated by fine materials in the region and be careful to use the second generation of garden materials from other provinces.
