切削制造实验室(ISF)进行的钢材和铝材钻孔试验显示,刀具直径对工件上产生的温度场有明显的影响。调查表明,钻孔直径对所测温度的影响在钢材上的反映显然要比在铝材上明显。
Drilling tests in steel and aluminum by the Cutting Manufacturing Laboratory (ISF) show that tool diameter has a significant effect on the temperature field generated on the workpiece. The investigation shows that the influence of the diameter of the borehole on the temperature measured on the steel is obviously better than that on the aluminum.
