HSE培训教育是石油企业为使员工了解行业通行管理体系,保障企业安全生产而进行的培训教育。本文分析了HSE培训教育在提升员工的整体法制安全意识、构建企业的安全文化氛围、保障安全生产责任的落实、促进各个部门之间围绕安全生产展开合作四个方面的重要性。
HSE training and education is training and education for petroleum enterprises to make their employees understand the industry’s general management system and ensure the safe production of enterprises. This article analyzes the importance of HSE training and education in enhancing staff awareness of the overall legal safety, building a safety and cultural atmosphere of enterprises, ensuring the implementation of safety production responsibilities and promoting cooperation around safety in all departments.
