目的探讨BAALC基因在NC-AML中的表达及其临床意义。方法运用实时荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测BAALC基因在48例NC-AML患者中的表达。结果以48例NC-AML患者骨髓BAALC基因中位表达为界,分为高表达(n=26)和低表达(n=22)组。BAALC高表达组与低表达组相比,患者的年龄、性别、血红蛋白量、血小板计数、外周血及骨髓中原始细胞比例差异无显著性;BAALC高表达组外周血高白细胞、FAB分型中M0和M1及CD34表达率较低表达组高;BAALC高表达组完全缓解率(CR)58%较低表达组CR87%差异有显著性(P<0.05);BAALC高表达组复发率42%较低表达组复发率19%差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论BAALC基因高表达是NC-AML患者预后不良的分子标志。
Objective To investigate the expression of BAALC gene in NC-AML and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of BAALC gene in 48 NC-AML patients was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR. Results The median BAALC gene expression in 48 patients with NC-AML was bounded by high expression (n = 26) and low expression (n = 22). BAALC high expression group compared with low expression group, the patient’s age, gender, hemoglobin, platelet count, peripheral blood and bone marrow percentage of primitive cells was no significant difference; high BAALC expression of peripheral blood leukocytes, FAB M0 And the expression rates of M1 and CD34 were lower in BAALC high expression group than in 58% BAALC high expression group (P <0.05). The recurrence rate of BAALC high expression group was 42% The recurrence rate of the expression group 19% difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The high expression of BAALC gene is a molecular marker of poor prognosis in NC-AML patients.
