在线交易即通过互联网络实现的交易,是电子商务活动的核心。时下,国内兴起包括淘宝、卓越、阿里巴巴等网站为代表的在线交易的间接交易基本模式,即平台经营者并不参与在线交易,其仅仅为用户之间缔结交易、履行交易提供服务。本文以淘宝网为对象,目的是对以其为代表的我国电子商务网站卖家信用制度机制的现状进行调查,发现其存在的问题。
Online transactions, which are transactions that take place over the Internet, are the heart of e-commerce activities. Nowadays, the basic model of indirect transaction in online transactions represented by websites such as Taobao, Excellence and Alibaba arises in China. That is, platform operators do not participate in online transactions. They merely provide services for the users to conclude transactions and perform transactions. In this paper, Taobao as the object, the purpose is to investigate the status quo of the credit system mechanism of the e-commerce website sellers in China, and find its existing problems.
