通过对武汉地区精神病患者返回社区后状况的调查 ,旨在改善精神卫生服务 ,结果显示精神病患者返回社区后社会地位低下 ,经济状况差 ,社区中精神卫生服务形式单一。提出在目前经济体制转变的年代 ,除了精神卫生机构需大力开展精神卫生知识宣传和社区服务外 ,同时 ,政府应制定相宜的政策 ,以利于精神病的防治 Through the investigation of the status of mental patients returning to the community in Wuhan, the aim is to improve mental health services. The results show that mental patients return to the community and their social status is low, their economic status is poor, and the form of mental health services in the community is single. It is proposed that in the era of the current economic system transformation, apart from the need for mental health institutions to vigorously promote awareness of mental health knowledge and community services, the government should also formulate appropriate policies to facilitate the prevention and treatment of mental illness.
