为贯彻一机部“整顿农业机械企业,提高产品质量”的指示精神。全国手扶拖拉机行业于1977年6月20～26日在沈阳市小型拖拉机厂召开了“学大庆、赶沈小拖、提高产品质量经验交流现场会”,一机部农机局领导同志派代表出席了会议,并在闭幕式上讲了话,辽宁省机械局、沈阳市农机局的领导同志到会作了指示。参加会议的有手扶行业各成员厂和有关研究所、大专院校等23个省、市、自治区的47个单位,共116名代表。
In order to implement the instructional spirit of “reorganizing agricultural machinery enterprises and improving product quality” of the first machine department. The national walking tractor industry held the “Study on Daqing, Drifting, and Small Draw, Experience Sharing on Product Quality Improvement” held in Shenyang Small Tractor Factory from June 20 to June 1977. The leaders of the Agricultural Machinery Bureau of the Ministry of Machinery Industry attended the meeting.
