近年来治疗重症小儿肺炎应用小剂量肝素取得满意疗效,有助于短期内缓解临床症状,推测血小板参与了肺炎病理过程。本文检测16例肺炎患儿急性期和恢复期血浆内α颗粒膜蛋白(α-GMP-140)含量,以探讨血小板在肺炎发病机理中的作用。 对象与方法 一、对象 根据小儿支气管肺炎诊断标准,选择我院住院肺炎患儿16例,其中男9例、女7例,年龄4月~6岁。另在儿童保健门诊选择经检查为健康儿18例作对照,男10例,女8例,年龄1~7岁。 二、方法 应用北京医学科学院药理基础研究室提供的试剂盒,采用放免法检测血浆内α-GMP-
