本文根据高炉高温区热平衡的计算,对炼铁焦比 K 同铁的直接还原度 r_d之间的关系进行了推导,得出 k=m+n·r_d 公式。在一定的冶炼条件下,m 和 n有确定的值,是个常量。它们均由两项构成,即 n 是与铁的直接还原耗碳耗热有关的量,m 是与其他因素耗碳耗热有关的量。通过对 m 和 n 的分析,可以得出鼓风温度及其他因素耗热量变化时对焦比的影响,修正了过去的某些不正确概念。本文为焦比的计算提供了数学模型。
Based on the calculation of heat balance in high temperature zone of blast furnace, the relationship between iron reduction ratio K and iron reduction r_d is deduced, and the formula of k = m + n · r_d is obtained. In a certain smelting conditions, m and n have a certain value, is a constant. They are composed of two components, that is, n is the amount of heat directly related to the consumption of iron, and m is the amount of heat consumed by other factors. Through the analysis of m and n, we can get the blower temperature and other factors when the calorific power changes the focusing ratio, amended some past incorrect concepts. This article provides a mathematical model for the calculation of the coke ratio.
