[目的]了解恶性肿瘤病例的构成情况,为制定预防控制策略提供科学依据。[方法]对2008～2010年龙岩市二级以上医疗机构上报的住院恶性肿瘤新发病例资料进行分析。[结果]2008～2010年累计报告新发恶性肿瘤住院病例6 318例。其中,2008年2 191例,2009年2 210例,2010年1 917例;男性占61.98%,女性占38.02%;0～14岁占0.57%,15～44岁占19.07%,45～64岁占44.18%,≥65岁占36.18%;新罗区1 477例,漳平市594例,永定县1 105例,上杭县703例,连城县659例,长汀县766例,武平县1 014例。病例数居前5位的病种依次是肺癌、结直肠肛门癌、胃癌、肝癌、乳腺癌,合计3 790例,占总数的59.99%;肺癌、胃癌、结直肠肛门癌、肝癌、食管癌居男性报告病例数的前5位,乳腺癌、结直肠肛门癌、子宫颈癌、胃癌、肺癌居女性的前5位。[结论]肺癌、消化系统恶性肿瘤、女性的乳腺癌是龙岩市居民的主要恶性肿瘤。
[Objective] To understand the composition of malignant tumors and provide scientific basis for the development of prevention and control strategies. [Methods] The data of new cases of in-hospital malignancy reported by medical institutions at Grade 2 or above in Longyan City from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed. [Results] A total of 6 318 hospitalized cases of new malignant tumors were reported from 2008 to 2010. Among them, 2 191 cases in 2008, 2 210 cases in 2009, and 1 917 cases in 2010; males accounted for 61.98%, females accounted for 38.02%; 0 to 14 years old accounted for 0.57%, 15-44 years old accounted for 19.07%, 45 to 64 years old 44.18%, ≥ 65 years old accounted for 36.18%; 1477 cases in Xinluo District, 594 cases in Fuping City, 1 105 cases in Yongding County, 703 cases in Shanghang County, 659 cases in Liancheng County, 766 cases in Changting County, 1 014 in Wuping County example. The top five disease cases were lung cancer, colorectal cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer, and breast cancer. The total number was 3 790 cases, accounting for 59.99% of the total; lung cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, esophageal cancer The top five male reported cases, breast cancer, colorectal anal cancer, cervical cancer, stomach cancer, and lung cancer are among the top five women. [Conclusion] Lung cancer, malignant tumor of digestive system and female breast cancer are the main malignant tumors of residents in Longyan City.
