本文针对ZL105合金板件砂型铸造,用电子计算机模拟铸件凝固期的温度场和凝固时间。实测了砂型的导温系数α_2。在同样条件下,比较了模数M的不同取法对模拟计算结果的影响。结果表明:(1)物理因数对模拟精度影响最大。(2)α_2随砂型温度成线性规律变化,其相关系数为-0.87。(3)常数M法、动态定点M法、动态平均M法和动态综合M法,都能保证一维凝固模拟计算精度,但常数M法的运算时间最短。
In this paper, ZL105 alloy plate sand casting, the use of computer simulation of the casting temperature and solidification of the solidification time. The measured temperature coefficient α 2 of the sand mold. Under the same conditions, the effect of different methods of module M on the simulation results is compared. The results show that: (1) Physical factors have the greatest influence on the simulation accuracy. (2) α_2 changes linearly with the sand temperature, and its correlation coefficient is -0.87. (3) The constant M method, the dynamic fixed point M method, the dynamic average M method and the dynamic integrated M method can all guarantee the accuracy of one-dimensional solidification simulation, but the operation time of the constant M method is the shortest.
