秘书工作在任何一个单位和部门中的作用都至关重要,它沟通上下、维系左右、联结内外,是工作正常运转的枢纽,无论哪一个环节出现问题,都有可能给整体工作带来重大影响。可以说,秘书工作做得如何直接影响着整个单位和部门工作的成效。但不得不承认,秘书工作量大面广,要做好不易,要做“实”更难。以日常收发文为例,要避免秘书工作既虚且空毫无实效,就应从意识、作风、方法三个角度考量,将秘书工作“实化”。
The role of secretarial work in any unit or department is of crucial importance. It is a hub for the normal operation of the work in terms of communication between the top and bottom, the maintenance of internal control and the external control. In any case, problems may have a significant impact on the overall work . It can be said how the secretary’s work has a direct impact on the effectiveness of the work of the entire unit and department. However, I must admit that the workload of the Secretary is vast and it is harder to do a good job and to be a “real” one. Taking the daily sending and receiving of essays as an example, to prevent the secretary’s work from being empty and not effective at all, we should consider the work from the three perspectives of consciousness, style and methods.
