在对羊齿天门冬离体组织培养的研究中,探讨了愈伤组织诱导和生根状况及羊齿天门冬组培快速繁殖技术,筛选出适宜的愈伤组织诱导和生根的培养基。结果表明:最适的愈伤组织诱导培养基为1/2MS+NAA1.0mg/L+KT1.0mg/L+ZT4.0mg/L;最适的生根培养基是1/2MS+NAA1.0mg/L+IBA1.0mg/L。
In the study of in vitro tissue culture of Asparagus marcescens, the induction and rooting of callus and the rapid propagation of tissue culture of Asparagus astigmatis were studied, and suitable medium for callus induction and rooting was screened out. The results showed that the optimal medium for callus induction was 1 / 2MS + NAA1.0mg / L + KT1.0mg / L + ZT4.0mg / L. The optimal medium for rooting was1 / 2MS + NAA1.0mg / L + IBA 1.0 mg / L.
