1 前言在进行优化设计和临界设计时,要求能定量计算达到使用寿命时粘接强度安全率裕度。这是提高接头可靠性降低成本所必需的。目前,对于耐久性的评价,都是针对接头长期耐受单一环境或应力时进行的预测,而不能对复合环境因素、组合应力的长期作用下的耐久性准确评价。也未见粘接强度波动程度与接头强度劣化的关系。本文介绍粘接接头使用时间达到设计年限时,粘接强度安全率裕度的定量计算方法。
1 Preface During optimization design and critical design, it is required to calculate the margin of bond strength safety margin when the service life is reached. This is necessary to increase joint reliability and reduce costs. At present, the evaluation of durability refers to the prediction when the joint is exposed to a single environment or stress for a long time, and can not accurately evaluate the durability under the long-term effect of composite environmental factors and combination stress. There is also no relationship between the degree of fluctuation in the bonding strength and the deterioration of the joint strength. This article describes the quantitative calculation method for the margin of the bond strength safety margin when the bonding joint is used up to its design life.
