我们应用复明Ⅱ号在治疗实验性HSK的过程中检测了IgG、IgM、IgA含量和RBC-C3b、RBC-1C、IL-2的活性水平,并同病毒对照组进行了比较,实验结果表明:在HSV-1感染前,三组的各项免疫指标无显著性差异。在HSV-1感染后七天,病毒对照组IgG和IgA明显降低,且一致持续至三十天后,两治疗组仅见IgA下降,治疗三十天后亦未见明显改善。HSV-1惑染后对红细胞免疫功能影响较大,表现为C3b和IC花环率明显下降。三十天后,病毒对照组的C3b和IC仍低于正常水平,ACV组恢复至正常,而复明Ⅱ号组则高于正常水平。复明Ⅱ号组和病毒对照组IL-2活力在HSV-1感染后一周均明显升高。三十天后,病毒对照组IL-2恢复至正常,而复明Ⅱ号组IL-2仍维持在较高水平。在ACV治疗组,感染后一周IL-2活力曾有一定程度增高。实验结果说明了:HSV-1角膜感染后可以在一定程度上抑制机体的免疫功能,特别是对红细胞的免疫功能影响较大,若不给予积极治疗,病毒可以抑制机体的免疫功能而形成病程迁延或恶化。ACV可以有效地抑制病毒对机体的进一步损伤,但同时也可能影响反馈性的免疫反应,干扰机体的自我保护,而复明Ⅱ号对机体免疫功能的?
We used Fuming II in the treatment of experimental HSK during the detection of IgG, IgM, IgA levels and RBC-C3b, RBC-1C, IL-2 activity levels and compared with the virus control group, the experimental results show that: Before HSV-1 infection, there was no significant difference among the three groups of immune indexes. The activity of IL-2 in Fuming II group and virus control group was significantly increased one week after HSV-1 infection. Thirty days later, the virus control group IL-2 returned to normal, while the Fuming II group remained at a high level of IL-2. In ACV-treated group, IL-2 activity increased to a certain extent one week after infection.
