目的 探讨参归煎剂改善实验性痴呆动物模型学习记忆障碍的作用机制。方法 向大鼠基底前脑 Meynert基底核 (NBM)注入鹅蕈氨酸 (Ib) ,造成中枢胆碱能系统障碍性的阿尔茨海默病 (AD)动物模型。通过放射免疫分析方法 ,观察参归煎剂对该模型大鼠海马内乙酰胆碱 (Ach)含量和胆碱乙酰转移酶 (Ch AT)活性的影响。结果 给药组大鼠海马 Ach含量及 Ch AT活性均明显高于模型组。结论 参归煎剂对 AD模型大鼠学习记忆功能障碍的改善作用 ,可能与其对中枢胆碱能系统的保护作用或者说与其增强中枢胆碱能系统的功能活动有关。
Objective To explore the mechanism of the decoction decoction in improving the learning and memory impairment in animal models of experimental dementia. METHODS: Goat proline (Ib) was injected into the basal forebrain of the rat basal forebrain (NBM), causing an Alzheimer’s disease (AD) animal model of central cholinergic systemic disorder. By radioimmunoassay, the effects of the decoction on the content of acetylcholine (Ach) and the activity of choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) in hippocampus of the model rats were observed. Results Ach content and ChAT activity in hippocampus of rats in the administration group were significantly higher than those in the model group. Conclusion The improvement effects of Shen-gin-decoction on learning and memory dysfunction in AD rats may be related to its protective effect on the central cholinergic system or its function of enhancing the central cholinergic system.
