采用硬度测试、金相组织观察、SEM能谱分析及热力学分析等手段,研究不同淬火工艺下,组织中碳化物的形貌、种类、溶解顺序及对组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随淬火温度的逐渐升高,碳化物溶解量逐渐增多,分布逐渐变得稀疏,碳化物颗粒清晰可见;Cr、V、Mo、W等合金元素碳化物的吉布斯自由能和稳定性依次降低;最先溶解的是Mo、W碳化物,Cr、V碳化物可以相对稳定地存在于组织中。
The effects of different quenching process on the morphology, type, dissolution order and microstructure and mechanical properties of carbides were studied by means of hardness test, metallographic observation, SEM spectrum analysis and thermodynamic analysis. The results show that as the quenching temperature gradually increases, the amount of carbides dissolved gradually increases and the distribution gradually becomes sparse. The carbide particles are clearly visible. The Gibbs free energy and stability of alloying carbides such as Cr, V, Mo and W The properties of Mo, W carbides, Cr, V carbides can be relatively stable in the organization.
