目的:建立同时测定参芪健胃颗粒(白芍、当归)中芍药苷与阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:采用双波长高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为CAPCELL PAK C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸水溶液(16∶84);检测波长为230 nm(芍药苷)和316 nm(阿魏酸);流量为1.0 ml/min;柱温为35℃。结果:芍药苷进样量在0.0593μg~1.1860μg(r=0.9984)线性范围内,线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为98.61%,RSD%=0.8%(n=6);阿魏酸进样量在0.0121μg~0.2420μg(r=0.9985)线性范围内,线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为97.84%,RSD%=1.0%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便、结果可靠、重复性好,可用于参芪健胃颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in Shenqi Jianwei granule (Radix Paeoniae Alba, Angelica sinensis). Methods: Dual wavelength high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatographic column was CAPCELL PAK C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric acid solution (16:84) and the detection wavelength was 230 nm (paeoniflorin) and 316 nm 1.0 ml / min; column temperature 35 ℃. Results: The calibration curve of paeoniflorin was linear within the range of 0.0593μg ~ 1.1860μg (r = 0.9984). The average recoveries of paeoniflorin were 98.61%, RSD% = 0.8% (n = 6) The linear range was 0.0121μg ~ 0.2420μg (r = 0.9985). The average recovery was 97.84% and the RSD% was 1.0% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable, reproducible and can be used for quality control of Shenqi Jianwei granules.
