鉴于当代企业发展过程中员工向心力不足,尤其是基层员工集体意识缺失问题,运用ERG理论从员工自身思想道德素质、企业文化和社会背景等方面,分析出现该现象的原因并借鉴成功企业的管理经验,研究提高企业员工向心力的措施来增强企业文化凝聚力,实现员工和企业价值,推动企业健康可持续发展,从而为国家经济发展和社会和谐提供持久动力。
In view of the lack of motivation of employees in the development of contemporary enterprises, especially the lack of collective awareness among grass-roots employees, this paper uses ERG theory to analyze the causes of this phenomenon from the perspective of employees’ own ideological and moral qualities, corporate culture and social background, and draw lessons from successful management experience , Research measures to improve the staff’s centripetal efforts to enhance corporate culture cohesion, employee and enterprise value, promote healthy and sustainable development of enterprises, and thus provide a lasting impetus to the country’s economic development and social harmony.
