目的 :建立新的高效液相色谱法测定呋喃西林溶液中呋喃西林的含量。方法 :采用HypersilC18( 2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,10 μm)色谱柱 ,乙腈 水 三乙胺 ( 15∶84∶1)为流动相 ,流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长 374nm。结果 :呋喃西林在 8.0~ 80 .0 μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9999。平均回收率为 99.4 % ,RSD为 1.1%。结论 :该方法专属性好 ,简捷、快速、准确 ,适用于该产品的含量测定和质量控制
Objective: To establish a new high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of nitrofural in nitrofurazone solution. METHODS: Hypersil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 10 μm) column and acetonitrile-water triethylamine (15:84:1) were used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1 with a detection wavelength of 374 nm. Results: Nitrofurazone had good linearity in the range of 8.0 ~ 80.0 μg · ml-1, r = 0.9999. The average recovery was 99.4% with a RSD of 1.1%. Conclusion: The method is specific, simple, rapid and accurate, suitable for the determination of the product content and quality control
