以啤酒厂过滤助剂——废硅藻土废弃物为研究对象,通过将废硅藻土施入土壤,模拟田间淋洗的方法对废硅藻土改善土壤保肥性能进行研究.用不同质量的废硅藻土与土壤混合,分析其对氮磷肥料的保肥效果的影响.实验证明,废硅藻土用量小于5.2%时,随废硅藻土百分含量的增加,土壤淋出液中的氮磷含量显著降低;但是废硅藻土的含量大于6.0%,随加入废硅藻土含量的提高,淋洗液中氮磷含量没有显著差异.废硅藻土对不同的外来肥料具有较好的解吸和吸附特性,具有较好的保肥供肥效果.结论:废硅藻土对改善土壤的保肥能力具有显著作用,废硅藻土用于改善土壤保肥性的合理用量为土壤含量的5.2%~6.0%.
