目的:分析孕产妇死亡的相关因素,找出孕产期保健的不足之处,提出改进建议。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对2000～2007年酒泉市44例孕产妇的死亡原因及相关因素进行分析。结果:2000～2007年酒泉市孕产妇平均死亡率为59.73/10万,总体上呈逐年下降趋势;孕产妇死亡原因顺位依次是产科出血、内科合并症、妊娠期高血压疾病、羊水栓塞和其他原因;可避免死亡及创造条件可避免死亡占84.19%;农村孕产妇死亡率明显高于城镇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:应强化妇幼保健人员的业务技术培训,加强高危妊娠的筛查与管理,建立孕产妇急诊的绿色通道,加大宣传教育力度,提高孕产妇自我保健意识,从而有效降低孕产妇死亡率。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the related factors of maternal mortality, find out the shortcomings of maternity health care and put forward suggestions for improvement. Methods: Retrospective research methods were used to analyze the causes and related factors of 44 maternal deaths in Jiuquan city from 2000 to 2007. Results: The average maternal mortality rate was 59.73 / lakh in Jiuquan city from 2000 to 2007, showing a decreasing trend year by year. Maternal deaths followed by obstetric bleeding, medical complications, gestational hypertension, amniotic fluid embolism and amniotic fluid embolism Other reasons; avoidable death and creation of conditions can avoid deaths accounted for 84.19%; rural maternal mortality was significantly higher than the town, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The technical and vocational training of maternal and child health workers should be strengthened, the screening and management of high-risk pregnancies should be strengthened, the green channel of maternal emergency should be established, publicity and education should be intensified, the awareness of maternal self-care should be enhanced, and the maternal mortality rate should be reduced effectively.
