本文采用高效毛细管电泳法分离测定止咳合剂中甘草酸的含量，本法具有准确、快速、简便的优点，结果满意，为甘草及其制剂的质量控制提供了新方法。
In this paper, the separation and determination of glycyrrhizin in Zhixie Mixture by high performance capillary electrophoresis has the advantages of accuracy, speed and simplicity. The method is satisfactory and provides a new method for the quality control of licorice and its preparation.
