通过对桥梁抗震性能的分析,从桥梁养护、抗震设计、抗震设备以及应急设备四个方面选取了21项对桥梁抗震性能影响较大的因素作为评价指标,建立了桥梁抗震性能评价指标体系,运用模糊数学理论确定评价指标的权重以及桥梁抗震性能评价模型,提出一套科学的用于桥梁抗震性能多级模糊综合评价的方法,并采用此方法对西安市某大桥抗震性能的实例计算分析。结果表明,多级模糊综合评判方法在桥梁抗震性能评价可行。根据多级模糊综合评判结果,确定了桥梁抗震性能评价因素中的薄弱环节,为桥梁抗震防灾性能优化设计及维修加固提供了依据。
Through the analysis of the seismic performance of the bridge, 21 factors influencing the seismic performance of the bridge are selected as the evaluation indexes from four aspects of bridge maintenance, seismic design, seismic equipment and emergency equipment, and the evaluation index system of the seismic performance of the bridge is established. Fuzzy mathematics to determine the weight of the evaluation index and the seismic performance evaluation model of the bridge, a set of scientific methods for the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the seismic performance of the bridge is proposed, and the calculation example of the seismic performance of a bridge in Xi’an is calculated and analyzed. The results show that the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is feasible to evaluate the seismic performance of bridges. According to the results of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the weak links in the evaluation of seismic performance of bridges are determined, which provides the basis for the optimization design and maintenance and reinforcement of the bridge’s seismic disaster-prevention performance.
