为了应对国际局势复杂多变等因素造成的原油供应波动和油轮延迟等情况,炼油厂一方面需保持一定的原油安全库存,同时也需要推进积极的柔性调度方案,以保证原油的持续加工,稳定油品供应.首先采用了连续时间建模方法,建立了一个新的混合整数非线性规划(MINLP)模型,随后参考原油加工过程中的专家经验提出了相应的调度规则,并在规则中考虑了原油供应波动和延迟情况下柔性调度的实施.这使模型中非线性不等式得以线性化,且保证了柔性调度方案具有很好的延续性.由此,原油调度问题最终描述为一个包含较少二元变量的混合整数线性规划(MILP)模型.在案例研究中,首先考虑正常情况下的原油调度问题,将采用调度规则的新模型与文献中已报道的最有效模型得到调度方案进行对比;然后针对原油供应波动引起油轮迟到的情况,采用新建模方法,充分利用安全库存来满足原油加工生产的要求,为炼油厂稳定生产提供有力的决策支持.
