教育质量与教育公平孰轻孰重的问题一直是教育界矛盾和争论的热点。在我国学前教育领域,教育质量诉求引发了教育公平问题的凸显,对教育公平的关注又经历了从关注机会公平到关注过程公平,从追求形式公平到追求实质公平的历程。有关教育质量和教育公平的几种关系模式给我们的启示是:学前教育质量与教育公平应当互相依存、共同发展,学前教育公平的实现是提高教育质量的途径,学前教育质量的提高是实现教育公平的手段。
The question of what is the difference between education quality and education fairness has always been a hot topic in the contradictions and controversies in education circle. In the field of pre-school education in China, education quality appeal has raised the issue of educational equity. The concern for educational equity has gone from paying attention to fairness of opportunity to fairness in the process of concern, and from the pursuit of formal fairness to the pursuit of substantive equity. The enlightenment to us from the several relationship models about the quality of education and fairness of education is that the quality of pre-school education and education fairness should be interdependent and develop together.
