一、医院政工队伍建设中存在的问题1.缺少专业的政工人员。虽然现在我国大部分医院都配有政工人员,但是据了解其中大部分皆为非专业人员。有一部分是临床医生转行,有一部分是其他行业临时调用的,这些人员从未接受过正规的培训,对党的基本思想了解不深刻,因此不利于医院的长期发展。缺少专业知识的政工人员在管理上时常不到位,不清楚管理的方法、内容,对领导下达的任务不知道如何执行。一些人员则是缺少系统的培训,一般的培训大多是浅显的理论知识,缺少实践,十分单一,不能具体问题具体分析,并不利于学习。
