本文介绍了三菱重工业公司从1970年以来在深海液压设备方面所做的研究试验工作。主要介绍了深潜器液压系统的构成和特点、设备外壳的构造、试验方法和试验结果。并介绍了泰尼索液压泵和比卡斯液压泵的试验原理以及在常压浸油和650公斤/厘米~2浸油情况下这二种油泵的功率、效率和排量等试验结果。还介绍了电磁阀和流量调整阀在常压浸油和高压浸油下的试验原理和结果。
This article describes the research work done by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in deep-sea hydraulic equipment since 1970. Mainly introduced the composition and characteristics of the hydraulic system of the deep submerged equipment, the structure of the equipment shell, test methods and test results. The test principle of Tennyso hydraulic pump and Biascu hydraulic pump and the test results of power, efficiency and displacement of these two kinds of pumps under atmospheric pressure oil immersion and 650 kg / cm ~ 2 oil immersion are introduced. Also introduced the solenoid valve and flow control valve in the atmospheric immersion and high pressure immersion test principle and the results.
