第一,创造良好的学习氛围,使学生从主观上感知耐久跑练习的重要性,从而激发学生学习的热情。选择节奏明快,催人奋进,鼓舞斗志的音乐用于耐久跑教学,诱发学生的无意注意。第二,在堂课教学安排中,笔者有意识地把耐久跑的内容列入其中,并不断变换跑的形式,因此,课堂上确立了两个教学目标和多种教学手段使学生掌握耐久跑时发展学生保持匀速跑的能力。通过小组合作,学生能够以均匀中等的速度,跑完设计的路线,有克服“极点”的坚强意志力。在六分钟定时跑过程中,进行变速跑、追逐跑、障碍
