目的 :探讨孕妇血清铜蓝蛋白氧化酶活力的变化。方法 :以O Dianisidin为基质 ,采用联大茴香胺酶比色法测定87名孕妇和 6 5名健康非妊娠妇女血清铜蓝蛋白 (sCP)的活力。结果 :妊娠小于 8周的妇女与健康非妊娠妇女的sCP活力水平差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。妊娠大于 8周的妇女sCP活力均高于健康非妊娠妇女 (P <0 .0 1) ,而晚期妊娠妇女sCP活力均高于其他各组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :妇女妊娠 8周后sCP升高是其对妊娠期铜、铁代谢改变的一种适应 ;对一些临床疾病的鉴别诊断有参考价值。
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum ceruloplasmin oxidase activity in pregnant women. Methods: Serum ceruloplasmin (sCP) activity was measured in 87 pregnant women and 65 healthy nonpregnant women using O-Dianisidin as substrate. Results: There was no significant difference in sCP activity between women with gestational age less than 8 weeks and healthy nonpregnant women (P> 0.05). The sCP activity of women with gestational age greater than 8 weeks was higher than that of healthy non-pregnant women (P <0.01), while those of late pregnant women were higher than those of other groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: The increase of sCP in women after 8 weeks’ gestation is an adaptation to the metabolic changes of copper and iron during pregnancy. It is of reference value for the differential diagnosis of some clinical diseases.
