近几年,随着农民收入的大幅度提高,村民们纷纷自建房屋,虽然工程建设质量安全总体水平不断提高,但由于房屋选址不科学、设计不合理,施工不规范、建材不合格、管理不到位等问题,农民自建房屋质量安全存在较大隐患,应引起有关部门重视,有针对性地改善农民自建房屋质量安全管理。
