先天性泪道阻塞(congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction CNLDO)是一种常见的先天异常,可以发生在泪点,泪小管,泪囊与鼻泪管连接部及鼻泪管下口。在足月新生儿的发病率约为6%。其临床表现主要是流泪、大量粘液或脓性分泌物,严重者合并急性泪囊炎甚至造成泪囊瘘。我们对2248例新生儿泪囊炎行泪道探通手术治疗的病例进行了回顾性分析,并对其性别与发病率、性别与发病部位、不同阻塞部位与治愈率、不同年龄组手术成功率等进行了对比分析,论证新生儿泪囊炎发病情况及手术时机,现报告如下。
