目的探讨厄贝沙坦与卡托普利联合用药治疗慢性心力衰竭( CHF)时，心功能的数据影响情况。方法选择我院心内科2010年10月～2013年2月收治的86例慢性心力衰竭患者，随机分成观察组与对照组各43例，对照组给予地高辛、卡维地洛及双氢克尿噻等基础综合治疗，观察组在此基础上加用厄贝沙坦和卡托普利，两组疗程均为4个月。观察两组患者治疗后的心功能指标：左心室内径及心脏射血分数(EF)。结果观察组左心室内径缩短程度.EF增加程度均显着高于对照组（P＜0.05或0.Ol）。结论厄贝沙坦与卡托普利联合用药能逆转左心室肥厚及增加心脏射血分数，可作为心衰治疗的一线用药。“,” Objective: To explore the combination of irbesartan and captopril treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF), a condition affecting cardiac function data.Method: Our hospital Cardiology October 2010 - February 2013 were treated 86 cases of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 43 cases in the control group were given digoxin, carvedilol and hydrochlorothiazide thiophene and other basic comprehensive treatment, observation group based on the use of irbesartan and captopril, were treated for 4 months. After treatment were observed cardiac function: left ventricular internal diameter and cardiac ejection fraction (EF).Results:The degree of left ventricular internal diameter shortening the observation group. EF increased levels were significantly higher (P <0.05 or 0.01).Conclusions:Irbesartan combination therapy with captopril can reverse left ventricular hypertrophy and increased cardiac ejection fraction, can be used as first-line treatment of heart failure treatment.
