上海书城位于黄浦区福州路文化街,与福州路上的各类文化商业设施构成了上海独特的文化风景线。上海书城南邻世贸中心,北临福州路,东、西为河南路与湖北路。书城总建筑面积为4万m~2,主楼27层,群房7层,是集特色商场、办公、商住为一体的综合楼。书城建筑宏伟、典雅,主楼运用书籍的展叠造型来体现,别具一格(见图1)。中空式大厅宽敞、明亮,气势不凡(见图2)。 1 建筑设计 1.1 主楼与群房 临福州路的7层商业裙房,主要用于各类书籍与文化用品的出售。主楼的部分层面与裙房相通,以求在建筑低层部分获得最大的营业面积。为使空间布局合理,主楼与裙房为错层组合,裙房的2层与主楼的3层组合为一个空问单元,裙房层高5.1m,主楼层高3.4m。
Located in Wenhua Street, Fuzhou Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai Book City, with various cultural and commercial facilities on Fuzhou Road, forms Shanghai’s unique cultural landscape. Shanghai Bookstore south of the World Trade Center, north of Fuzhou Road, east and west of Henan Road and Hubei Road. Bookstore total construction area of 40,000 m ~ 2, the main building 27, Qun Fang 7, is a set of characteristics of shopping malls, office, commercial and residential buildings as one of the complex. Bookstore building magnificent, elegant, the main building using the book’s overlay modeling to reflect, unique style (see Figure 1). The hollow hall is spacious, bright and impressive (see Figure 2). 1 Architectural Design 1.1 The main building and group housing Fuzhou Road, 7-storey commercial podium, mainly for the sale of various books and stationery. Part of the main building is connected with the podium in order to obtain the maximum business area in the lower part of the building. In order to make the space layout reasonable, the main building and the podium are combined in a staggered manner. The combination of the second floor of the podium and the third floor of the main building is a space unit. The podium floor is 5.1m high and the main floor is 3.4m high.
